Gillian Mallory lives and works in Evansville Indiana. She trained as an artist through Savannah College of Art and Design, earning a BFA in Illustration, and is an MFA candidate in Painting. Gillian Works in mixed media using Ink, acrylic, watercolors, and oil paint. Her work is focused on mental health and invisible illness and is heavily influenced by her experiences from working in public safety for over 32 years. Gillian predominately uses a limited muted palette with broad strokes to emphasize the gravity of daily life with an invisible illness.
